Upcoming Webinars for Gates-Funded Researchers – Explore Trusted Preprinting with VeriXiv
April 30, 2026
Navigating preprints, open access requirements, and evolving research integrity standards can be complex. These upcoming webinars offer Gates-funded researchers a practical opportunity to better understand how VeriXiv can support rapid, credible sharing of research while helping authors align with the Gates Foundation Open Access Policy.
Whether you are preparing a manuscript now or simply want to better understand the preprint landscape, these sessions will provide useful guidance on how the platform works, what makes its verification process distinct, and what has been learned during the first year of the Foundation’s Open Access Policy.
Launched by F1000 in collaboration with the Gates Foundation in 2024, VeriXiv is a verified preprint server that supports rapid research sharing while helping strengthen research integrity through enhanced prepublication checks. It also enables researchers to meet the Foundation’s Open Access Policy, with the option of open post-publication peer review.
